Neighborhood POA Board Nominations (3-21-09)
In order to improve neighborhood POA, we will be collecting
nominations for all board seats. All nominations will be distributed
and submitted by March 30th. Once all nominees are submitted, a
ballot will be distributed for each address. Voting will be in late
March.
Neighborhood Dues & Information (2-14-09)
In order to better maintain the tracking of dues within the
neighborhood, the POA has created a database to record this
information. I'll be sending out an invoice for each home with the
most recent information I have. If you seen a concern, please call
me and we can address the concern. This database is crucial for
future home sales, establishing budgets (soon to come) and proper
tax information.
Further, the packet I sent out has an update of current events and a
request for home information. Please take a look and call me if
there are any questions.
