February POA Dues
All POA Dues are invoiced and due by February 15th. If not received
by February 15th a 10% surcharge will be assessed to your address.
The reason for the surcharge is to have timely payment of dues so a
budget can be developed.
Recommendation Flier
A flier has been distributed to the neighborhood to request
recommendations for the 2010 budget. Please have a recommendation
back to the Board by the 20th.
February Board Meeting
A board meeting will be held in late February to review the 2009
expenses and develop a budget for 2010. All recommendations are due
by the 20th.
